Exodus 90 is a Catholic men's app and program built around prayer, asceticism, and fraternity, rooted in the Book of Exodus, where God leads the Israelites through the desert from slavery to freedom. It pairs daily prayer with intentional sacrifices and weekly small-group support, challenging men to grow in virtue and step into leadership in their families and community.

In Exodus 90, a fraternity is the small group of 2-7 men who go through the program together — it's the "brotherhood" part of the prayer/asceticism/fraternity structure.
St. Michael’s Lent is a season of prayer and sacrifice observed by St. Francis of Assisi in the 13th century. During this time, he ascended Mount La Verna and received the stigmata. He is truly an image of a man set free by Christ, who is ready to follow wherever he leads.
This year, we will explore the Book of Daniel with the theme “Stand Firm.” Daniel was sent into exile in Babylon, remaining faithful despite intense pressure. Even as he was thrown into the lion’s den, and his friends entered the burning furnace, they remained unscathed because they put God first and refused to make any compromise in their fidelity to him. We, too, live in exile in this world and face daily challenges that test our fidelity. Invoking St. Michael, we will rise up to meet these attacks, standing firm in faith.
